The platform currently supports self-service downloads for most statements. You can view and download your Order history, Position history (Position snapshot/Position history), and Trading history through the OKX App or Order center on the official website. The available viewing and download date ranges for each statement type are as follows:

  • Order history: view up to 1 year; download from Jan 28, 2021 to present

  • Position history: view up to 1 year; Position snapshot download from Dec 1, 2022 to present; Position history download from Jan 28, 2021 to present

  • Trading history: view up to 1 year; download from Jan 28, 2021 to present

You can view and download your trades history through the following path.

Order history

How do I view my order history?

The platform supports viewing order history for up to 1 year.

On the app:

  1. On the homepage, tap Trade and select Spot or Futures.

  2. Scroll down to the positions section and tap the Trade history icon on the right.

  3. In the Order history tab, filter by Instrument, Symbol, and Time range to view your records.

On the web:

1. Open the official website, go to Assets > Order center > Order history.

2. Filter by Date, Order type, Sort by, and Instrument to view your filtered order history.

How do I download my order history?

You can download order history from Jan 28, 2021 onwards. The downloaded order history includes Order ID, Order Time, Instrument, Symbol, Lvg, Side, Order Type, Order Amount, Filled Amount, Amount Unit, Order Price, Avg. Filled Price, Price Unit, PNL, Fee, Fee Unit, Status, and Bot ID.

On the app:

  1. On the homepage, tap Trade and select Spot or Futures.

  2. Scroll down to the positions section and tap the Trade history icon on the right. Then select the Download icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Under Report type, select Order history. Choose your Time range, Instrument, and Format, then select Export.

  4. Once the export is complete, select Download to view the file.

On the web:

  1. Open the official website, go to Assets > Order center > Order history > Download.

  2. Select your Instrument and Date range, confirm whether to Hide canceled orders, Set report settings, choose the file format (CSV/PDF), and select Export.

  3. Once the file is ready, you can Copy download Link, Send to email, or Save local copy. If you copy the link, it expires 1 hour after copying — open it in a browser promptly to download the file.

Position history

How do I view my position history?

The platform supports viewing position history for up to 1 year.

On the app:

  1. On the homepage, tap Trade and select Spot or Futures.

  2. Scroll down to the positions section and tap the Trade history icon on the right.

  3. Swipe right at the top of the page and tap Position history tab. You can filter by Instrument and Symbol to view your records.

On the web:

1. Open the official website, go to Assets > Order center > Position history.

2. Filter by Date, Sort by, Instrument, Margin mode, and Position status to view your filtered position history.

How do I download my position history?

You can download position history from Jan 28, 2021 onwards. The downloaded position history includes Position Create Time, Position Update Time, Business Line, Index, Instrument Name, Margin Mode, Direction, Leverage, Max Position Quantity, Total Close Quantity, Average Open Price, Average Close Price, Margin Currency, Pnl, Pnl Ratio, Fee, Funding Fee, Liquidation Clearance Fee, Type, Contract Face Value, and Contract Multiplier.

On the app:

1. On the homepage, tap Trade and select Spot or Futures.

2. Scroll down to the positions section and tap the Trade history icon on the right. Then tap the Download icon in the top-right corner.

3. Under Report type, select Position history. Choose your Time range, Instrument, and Format, then select Export.

4. Once the export is complete, select Download to view the file.

On the web:

How do I download my position snapshot?

You can download position snapshots from December 1, 2022 to present, but only on a single-day basis. A position snapshot records the positions you held at a specific point in time on the selected date, so results may vary by date. If no account is selected, the system defaults to the currently logged-in account.

The downloaded position snapshot includes Position ID, Position Create Time, Position Update Time, Business Line, Index, Instrument Name, Margin Mode, Direction, Leverage, Position size, Margin Amount, Margin Currency, Assets amount, Liability amount, Asset currency, Liability currency, Average Open Price, Mark Price, Contract Face Value, Contract Face Value Currency, Contract Multiplier, and Snapshot time.

On the app:

1. On the homepage, tap Trade and select Spot or Futures.

2. Scroll down to the positions section and tap the Trade history icon on the right. Then tap the Download icon in the top-right corner.

3. Under Report type, select Position snapshot. Choose your Time range, Instrument, and Format, then select Export.

How do I view my trading history?

The platform supports viewing trading statements for up to 1 year.

  3. Swipe right at the top of the page and tap Trading history tab. You can filter by Crypto and Instrument to view your records.

On the web:

1. Open the official website, go to Assets > Order center > Trading history.

2. Filter by Date, Crypto, and Instrument to view your filtered trading history.

How do I download my trading history?

The downloaded order history includes User ID, Order ID, Time, Trade Type, Symbol, Action, Amount, Trading Unit, Filled Price, PnL, Fee, Fee Unit, Position Change, Position Balance, Balance Change, Balance, and Balance Unit.

On the app:

1. On the homepage, tap Trade and select Spot or Futures.

2. Scroll down to the positions section and tap the Trade history icon on the right. Then tap the Download icon in the top-right corner.

3. Under Report type, select Trading history. Choose your Time range, Instrument, and Format, then select Export.

FAQs

Can I delete my trade history?

Deleting trade history is not currently supported on the platform.

How do I view my summarized PnL?

Viewing annual summarized PnL is not currently supported. To calculate your PnL for a specific year, please download your trading history and tally the figures yourself.

How do I view my total trading fees or total trading volume?

To view your total trading fees or total trading volume, download your trading history and calculate the totals manually. Add up all the Fee amounts to get your total trading fees, and add up all the Quantity amounts to get your total trading volume. Please note that different trading pairs may use different trading units — make sure to confirm the relevant unit when calculating.

Can the statement distinguish between orders placed via API and those placed manually?

The trading statement doesn't currently show the order source, so it's not possible to distinguish between API-placed and manually placed orders. Please verify this yourself.
